Refund Policy


1. Shipping

  • All orders are shipped with tracking details (shared via SMS/email).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or weather conditions.

2. Returns & Refunds

A. Non-Perishable Items (Rice, Pulses, Dry Fruits, etc.)
  • 30-Day Guarantee: Return unopened/unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Labels intact, no tampering. Refunds processed after quality inspection.
B. Perishable Items (Dairy, Fruits, Vegetables)
  • 24-Hour Window: Report issues (spoilage/damage) within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • No Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, perishables cannot be returned but will be refunded/replaced if defective.

3. How to Initiate Returns/Refunds

  1. Contact Us: Email support@n2nmart.com or use the website’s “Contact Us” page.
  2. Provide: Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
  3. Approval: Our team will verify and share return instructions (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: Credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer after sharing details.

5. Exchanges

  • Non-Perishables Only: Exchange for the same product (e.g., damaged packaging).
  • Process: Raise a request via email/website. Reverse pickup arranged for eligible locations.

6. Exceptions

  • No refunds for:
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
    • Orders with incorrect addresses/missing contact details.
