1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and grocery products, returns are generally not accepted once the products have been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Expired product received.
  • Missing item in the order.

2. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the product/package
  • Description of the issue

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before shipment.
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation.
  • Verified damaged, incorrect, or expired product delivered.
  • Order not delivered due to our operational issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
  • Products opened, consumed, or used after delivery.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Food Stuff may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue reported.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
